Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland,
(described in Will as "The Protestant Episcopal Church of
Diocese of Maryland") contained in the Last Willand Tes-
tament of James Marshall Price, deceased, late of Allegany
County, Maryland, of record in the Office of the Register
of Wills for said County, in "Wills" Liber "P," folio 382.

118. To the bequest to Presbyterian Eye, Ear and
Throat Charity Hospital of Baltimore City (described in
Will as "Presbyterian Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital"),
contained in the Last Will and Testament of Eliza N. Bain-
bridge, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the
Office of the Register of Wills for said City in "Wills"
Liber E. R. D. No. 171, folio 205.

119. To the bequest to the Zion Church of the City of
Baltimore, contained in the Codicil to the Last Will and
Testament of Charlotte Louise Hill, deceased, late of Balti-
more City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
for said City in "Wills" Liber E. R. D. No. 172, folio 20.

120. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Eliza Oilman, deceased, late of Baltimore
City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
City in "Wills" Liber E. R. D. No. 172, folio 475, to the
following, viz:

(a) Presbyterian Eye, Ear and Throat Charity Hospital
of Baltimore City.

(b) The Committee of the Presbyterian Church in the
City of Baltimore, (described in Will as "First Presby-
terian Church of Baltimore").

121. To the gift in remainder to The Home for the
Aged of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City,
contained in the Last Will and Testament of John H. Baw-
den, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the
Office of the Register of Wills for said City, in "Wills"
Liber S. R. No. 81, folio 150.

122. To the bequest and the gifts in remainder to the
Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Dio-
cese of Maryland, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
