Church, Clearspring, Maryland, to be used as set forth
in the said Will.

107. To the bequest to the Reverend Sebastian Ochsen-
reiter of St. Joseph's Passionist Monastery (described in
Will as "Reverend Sebastian Ochsenreiter, now resident at
St. Joseph's Monastery"), contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Ellen Dugan, deceased, late of Baltimore
City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for
said City in "Wills" Liber E. R. D. No. 171, folio 292.

108. To the gifts contained in the Deed (unrecorded)
from Eliza L. Jenkins to Michael Jenkins, dated February
10, 1909, to the following, viz:

(a) Right Reverend James F. Nolan, Pastor of Corpus
Christi Church (described in the Deed as "Pastor for the
time being of 'Jenkins' Memorial' Corpus Christi Church
in the City of Baltimore").

(b) The Carmelite Sisters of Baltimore.

(c) Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore City
(Described in the Deed as "St. Vincent de Paul Society of
Baltimore City").

(d) The Young Catholics' Friend Society in the City of
Baltimore (described in the Deed as "Young Catholic
Friends Society of Baltimore City").

(e) Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore (de-
scribed in the Deed as "Archbishop of Baltimore") for the
new Cathedral.

(f) Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore (de-
scribed in the Deed as "Archbishop of Baltimore") for the
Home for Destitute Ladies.

109. To the gift in remainder to Vestry of St. Luke's
Church contained in the Deed from Margaret Beck to
Vestry of St. Luke's Church, dated April 23, 1932, of
record among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 5297, folio 87.

110. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Katherine Gormley, deceased, late of Balti-
more City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
for said City in "Wills" Liber E. R. D. No. 173, folio 210,
to the following, viz:

(a) Reverend Robert J. Achstetter, Pastor, Sts. Philip
and James Church (described in Will as "Pastor of St.
Phillips' and St. James' Catholic Church").

(b) Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore.
