1298 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 598

Baltimore, Maryland, to be used for the work of the Mis-
sionary Society of said Church, for a period of ten years
after my death, at the expiration of which time the trust
shall cease and the principal of the trust estate, including
all accrued income, shall be paid over, transferred and as-
signed, free of trust, by said Trustee unto the said The
Calvary English Evangelical Lutheran Church, to be used
for the work of the Missionary Society of said Church.

(b) The sum of $4,000.00 (reduced by Codicil to $3,-
000.00) unto The Fidelity Trust Company, Baltimore,
Maryland, its successors or assigns, as Trustee, in trust,
nevertheless, to receive the same and to collect the income
therefrom and after the payment of all expenses incident
to the management of the trust estate, including reasonable
compensation to the Trustee, to pay the net income there-
from unto The Calvary English Evangelical Lutheran
Church, now located at Payson Street and North Avenue,
Baltimore, Maryland, with the request that said income be
used for flowers for the altar for a period of ten years
after my death, at the expiration of which time the trust
shall cease and the principal of the trust estate, including
all accrued income, shall be paid over, transferred and
assigned, free of all trust, by said Trustee, unto the said
The Calvary English Evangelical Lutheran Church, to be
used for the benefit of the Ladies' Guild.

53. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Josephine Robinson, late of Balti-
more City, Maryland, deceased, which Will is dated June
29, 1927, and recorded among the Will Records of Balti-
more City in Liber E. R. D. No. 167, folio 107, etc..as
follows:

(a) Roland Park Presbyterian Church, for the use of
The Home Missionary Society, $200.00.

(b) Roland Park Presbyterian Church, for the use of
the Woman's Guild, $100.00.

54. To the following devise and bequest contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Rebecca S. Cowan, late of
Baltimore City, Maryland, deceased, which Will is dated
November 12, 1925, and recorded among the Will Records
of Baltimore City in Liber E. R. D. No. 170, folio 153, etc..as follows:

(a) Prince of Peace Protestant Episcopal Church of
Baltimore, Maryland, one ground rent in Baltimore City
under 1448 Ward Street, amount $36,00.
