of Foreign Missions of the Methodist Episcopal Church,
cash, to wit, Six thousand four hundred forty-eight dol-
lars and thirteen cents ($6,448.13) and three bonds of the
value of One thousand dollars ($1,000.00) each of the
Valdez, Marshall Pass & Northern Railroad.

43. To the gift, grant, devise and bequest by Martin
A. Castle of Frederick County, Maryland, unto the Board
of Foreign Missions of the Methodist Episcopal Church
and to the Home Missionary Board of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church, legacies each amounting to Seventeen hun-
dred ninety-eight dollars and ninety-eight cents ($1,-
798.98), said gift taking effect on July 23rd, 1925.

44. To the gift, grant, devise and bequest of W. Web-
ster Kinder of Federalsburg, Caroline County, Maryland,
unto the Board of Foreign Missions of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church as the residuary legatee under his Last Will
and Testament the sum of Eighteen thousand nine hundred
two dollars and thirty-one cents ($18,902.31), which sum
was received July 22nd, 1929.

45. To the gift, grant, devise and bequest by Rachel
E. Linthicum of Libertytown, Frederick County, Mary-
land, unto the Board of Foreign Missions of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of the legacy of Fifty dollars ($50.00),
said gift being received April 21st, 1924.

46. To the gift, grant, devise and bequest of John L.
Walsh of Baltimore County, Maryland, unto the Board
of Foreign Missions of the Methodist Episcopal Church
of the sum of One hundred dollars ($100.00) in cash, said
legacy being received May 5th, 1922.

47. To the gift, grant, devise and bequest by Charles
C. Taylor of Berlin, Worcester County, Maryland, unto the
Board of Foreign Missions of the Methodist Episcopal
Church and the Board of Home Missions and Church Ex-
tension, the sum of Two thousand dollars ($2,OOO.OQ),
which legacy was paid December 12, 1927.

48. To the gift, grant, devise and bequest by Mary A.
Hamill of Mountain Lake Park, Garrett County, Maryland,
unto Mr. Fred Keller, a missionary of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church to be used by him in the African Mission
Field, legacy being paid October 20, 1931, the amount of
