1294 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 598

Jennings Chapel, Methodist Protestant Church, Howard
County, State of Maryland, and the Trustees of Poplar
Springs Methodist Protestant Church, said Deed being
dated May 20th, 1931, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Howard County in Liber H. S. K. No. 141, folio
297, consisting of 26,881 square feet of land in Howard
County.

34. To the bequest of Two hundred dollars to the Ves-
try of Trinity Protestant Episcopal Church of Elkton,
Maryland, to be invested by said Vestry and interest there-
from, annually, to be applied to such Church purposes as
the said Vestry may direct, as contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Virginia M. McCabe, which Will is of
record among the Wills Records of Cecil County.

35. To the following bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of George McFarlane Galt, which Will is
recorded among the Wills Records of Cecil County:

My life insurance in force at the time of the mak-
ing of this Will is approximately Three thousand dol-
lars ($3,000.00). My wish is, and I hereby direct that
if my Executor and Trustee hereinafter named shall
collect Two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) or more in-
surance on my life, that Two thousand dollars
($2,000.00) of said insurance money shall be paid to
the Trustees of Princeton University, located at
Princeton, New Jersey, to be known as the JEAN-
NETTE MCFARLANE GALT MEMORIAL, the income to be
applied each year to the tuition fees of some worthy
student in the University.

36. To the bequest to the Port Deposit Presbyterian
Church (of Cecil County, Maryland) the sum of Five
thousand dollars ($5,000.00) in cash, said sum of five thou-
sand dollars ($5,000.00) to be invested by said Church and
the income thereof used by it for its general purposes, con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of Mary R. Clapp,
which Will is recorded among the Wills Records of Cecil
County.

37. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Dennis J. Shanahan, late of Har-
ford County, deceased, said Will having been probated in
the Orphans' Court of Harford County on October 24th.
