4. To the devises and bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Ellen Gormley, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, of record in the office of the Register of
Wills of said City, in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 163, folio
377, viz:

(a) To St. John's R. C. Church, at Long Green, Md.

(b) To His Grace, the Archbishop of Baltimore, Michael
J. Curley.

5. To the Deed from Saint Joseph's Passionate Re-
treat in Baltimore County, a body corporate, to Most Rev-
erend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, a corporation sole, dated April 1, 1931, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 5210, folio 527, conveying fee simple
property located in Baltimore City.

6. To the bequest of $500.00 to the Vestry of Trinity
of P. E. Church, Unionville, Maryland, contained in the
Will of Mrs. Mary L. Whiteley, dated February 18, 1928,
recorded among the records of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City in Wills Liber 165, folio 554.
