SPECIAL DIRECT MISCELLANEOUS APPROPRIATION.
1. For emergency unemployment relief, being
license fees of eight special racing days for this
purpose held under the authority of the Mary-
Racing Commission, the sum so appropriated
to be distributed to any relief agency in or
to the County Commissioners of the several
counties and to Baltimore City, as may be des-
ignated by the Governor, to be expended by
the said County Commissioners and the City of
Baltimore, or by any agency designated by the
Governor, for unemployment relief purposes
and for no other purpose whatsoever	$48,000.00	$48,000.00
