ceeds derived therefrom shall be paid to the Mayor and
City Council of said City, and by them be deposited in some
safe bank, and shall be drawn therefrom and applied first
for the purpose of redeeming and paying off the bonds
issued by said City under the authority conferred by Chap-
ter 127, Section 152A, of the Laws of Maryland, 1902, and
the balance of said proceeds, if any there shall be, shall be
paid into the City Treasury.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the Mayor of
said City shall include in his budget each and every year a
sum sufficient to redeem one of the bonds, and to pay the
interest which shall accrue on the remaining bonds for the
next year, and it shall be the duty of the Mayor and City
Council to levy each and every year a sufficient tax for the
purpose of paying off one of said bonds and the interest as
hereinbefore provided, until all of said bonds are redeemed.

CHAPTER 63.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
281 of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Harford County, " sub-
title "Havre de Grace, " relating to the, registration of
voters in the City of Havre de Grace.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 281 of Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Har-
ford County, " sub-title "Havre de Grace, " be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, to read
as follows:

281. On the third and fourth Mondays and Tuesdays

in April, and on the first Monday and Tuesday in May in

the year nineteen hundred and two the City Clerk shall

sit at the Council Chamber between the hours of nine

o'clock A. M. and seven o'clock P. M., for the purpose of a

new and general registration of the legally qualified voters

of the City of Havre de Grace And likewise thereafter on

the-second Monday and Tuesday in April of each year in
