Seventh Election Districts of Montgomery County be so
changed as to run as follows:
Beginning at the point where the Tenth, the Fourth and
the Seventh Election Districts intersect, thence with the
Election Districts to the point where it intersects the
present dividing line between the Fourth and the Seventh
Georgetown Road, thence with said Georgetown Road in a
westerly direction to the first concrete culvert over Spring
Branch, thence with said Spring Branch in a southeasterly
direction to Rock Creek.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Supervisors
of Elections of Montgomery County shall cause to be
stricken from the list of qualified voters on the registration
books thereof before the next election in Montgomery Coun-
ty, the names of all persons residing in that part of the Sev-
enth Election District by this Act made a part of the
Fourth Election District, and shall cause such names so
stricken off as aforesaid to be transferred to the proper
registration books of the Fourth Election District of said
County.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 587.
AN ACT to amend Article 8 of Flack's Code, 1930, Public
Laws of Cecil County, by adding a new section to be
known as Section 140A, to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Cecil County to contribute to the County
Welfare Association of said county and for this purpose
to levy not more than one and one-half cents on the hun-
dred dollars on assessable county property.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Article 8 of Flack's Code, 1930, Public
Local Laws of Cecil County, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding a new section to be known as Section
140A, so as to read as follows:
