11. Nothing in this Article, or in any other provision
of this Code, shall be so construed as to interfere with the
rights and privileges of physicians and surgeons duly
licensed to practice their profession in this State, nor of
persons holding certificates duly issued to them by the State
Board of Dental Examiners of Maryland prior to the pas-
sage of this Act or of dental students operating under the
immediate supervision of their instructors in dental in-
firmaries or dental schools duly incorporated under the laws
of the State of Maryland.

12. All persons now authorized to practice dentistry
in this State, and those who may be hereafter registered
under the provisions of this Article, shall be exempt from
service as jurors in any of the Courts of this State during
the continuance of the practice of their profession.

13. Nothing contained in this Article shall prevent,
or be construed as in any way to hinder the prosecution,
conviction or punishment of any person who may have
offended against any of the provisions of Chapter 481
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
passed at its January Session, 1920, or against any
of the provisions of Article 32 of the Bagby's Annotated
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Dentistry, " or
against any of the provisions of any of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of which the same is a
codification.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1933.

CHAPTER 565.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
21 of Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, so
as to permit meetings of stockholders of corporations to
be held outside the State, if the by-laws so provide and
if the stockholders entitled to cast a majority in number
of votes at the meeting either consent in writing thereto
or appear by their addresses as shown on the books of
the corporation to be non-residents of the State.
