CHAPTER 560.

AN ACT to add one new section to Article 1 of the Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany
County, " sub-title "County Tax Collector, " to be known
as Section 119D, increasing the period of limitations to
six years for the collection of all State, County or Munici-
pal taxes heretofore or hereafter levied in Allegany
County, Maryland.

CHAPTER 561.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Montgomery County, " sub-title "Sewerage and Drain-
age Commission, " said new section to be known as Sec-
tion 895A and to follow immediately after Section 895
of said Article, requiring permits for construction of
excreta disposal plants.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County, " sub-title
"Sewerage and Drainage Commission, " said new section
to be known as Section 895A, to follow immediately after
Section 895 of said Article and to read as follows:

895A. No person shall construct a cesspool, septic tank,
privy, or other plant for the disposal of human excreta for
any dwelling, apartment house, store, or other building oc-
cupied either for dwelling or for business purposes which
is located within two hundred yards of a dwelling or of a
County or State highway without first obtaining approval
of plans by the Sanitary Inspector and obtaining a permit
for installation from the Clerk to the Board of County
Commissioners; provided that no permit shall be required
for any installation for which a permit is required by the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission or by any in-
corporated town which has a municipal sewerage disposal
system. The charge for each permit issued by the said
Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners shall be three
