1036 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 544

County, " sub-title "Orphans' Court, " relating to the com-
pensation of the Judges of the Orphans' Court of Fred-
erick County and their meeting days.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 654 and 655 of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Orphans' Court, " be
and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

654. The County Commissioners shall annually levy on
the assessable property of the County the sum of $1, 872. 00
to pay the salaries of the Judges of the Orphans' Court for
the ensuing year, which said salary of $624. 00 payable to
each of the three Judges of said Court shall be in lieu of
their per diem allowance for the time they may be in ses-
sion and all mileage charges.

655. The Judges of the Orphans' Court of Frederick
County, Maryland, shall sit in session at least three days
each and every week during their term of office.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this
Act shall be construed to affect the compensation of the
present incumbents during the term for which they have
been elected but shall apply to their successors in office.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 544.

AN ACT to authorize the Board of County Commissioners
of Montgomery County to issue notes in anticipation of
the receipts of the proceeds of the sale of bonds and in
anticipation of the payment of taxes and to provide for
the payment of said notes or renewal or re-issue of the
same.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That at any time after the issuance of bonds of
