SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Sections 483
and 485 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1924 Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments, " sub-title
"Sabbath Breaking, " shall not apply to Baltimore County
and shall be repealed in so far as said sections prohibit
the exhibition of motion pictures on Sunday in Baltimore
County.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all laws or
parts of laws, whether Public General or Public Local
Laws, inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be and
they are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 535.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
701 of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County, "
sub-title "Police, " (said section being amended as Sec-
tion 11 of Chapter 375 of the Acts of 1931), authorizing
the County Commissioners to designate one of their num-
ber to supervise the County Police and to provide for the
payment of expenses incurred in such supervision.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 701 of Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Montgomery County, " sub-title "Police, " (said section
having been amended as Section 11 of Chapter 375 of the
Acts of 1931), be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments to read as follows:
701. The County Commissioners of Montgomery County
shall have full authority and supervision of any and all
members of said police force, and shall pass such orders and
regulations governing their action as members of said
force, as they shall in their discretion from time to time
deem necessary. And the County Commissioners may
