of Baltimore to aid in the construction of the Western Mary-
land Railroad from Hagerstown to Cumberland,

thereof.

George W. Wilson, R. E. Boulding, for publishing the laws
of session 1865.

No. 79. An Act to extend the time prescribed by the fifty-
second section of the twenty-sixth article of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws for the payment of the whole" capital sub-
scribed to the Gaehle's Piano Manufacturing company of the
City of Baltimore, Incorporated on the twenty-ninth of March,
eighteen hundred and sixty-four, under the provisions of the
Code of Public General Laws by an amendment of its act of
Incorporation.
