No. 71. An Act to authorize the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore to aid in the construction of the Western Mary-
land Railroad from Hagerstown to Cumberland,

No. 72. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Allegany county to subscribe to the capital stock of the
Western Maryland Railroad company or endorse the bonds
thereof.

No. 73. An Act to amend article twenty-one of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Washington county, by adding there-
to additional sections authorizing the Mayor and Council of
Hagerstown to lay out and open streets and alleys in said
town.

No. 79. An Act to extend the time prescribed by the fifty-
second section of the twenty-sixth article of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws for the payment of the whole" capital sub-
scribed to the Gaehle's Piano Manufacturing company of the
City of Baltimore, Incorporated on the twenty-ninth of March,
eighteen hundred and sixty-four, under the provisions of the
Code of Public General Laws by an amendment of its act of
Incorporation.
