No. 11. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Somerset county, to aid in the completion of the Eastern
Shore Railroad.

No. 12. An Act to secure the completion of the Eastern
Shore Railroad.

No. 13. An Act to enable the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore, to subscribe to the capital stock of the Western
Maryland Railroad Company, to an amount riot exceeding
two hundred thousand dollars.

No. 14. An Act to incorporate the Baltimore and Savan-
nah Steamship Company

No. 15. An Act to make valid certain bequests in the last
Will and Testament of Anna Shultz, late of Washington
county, deceased.

No. 16. An Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay
Thomas E. Dell for Supplemental Codes, purchased by the
State Librarian, in accordance with joint resolution, number
one, January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.

No. 17. An Act to incorporate The Baltimore File Com-
pany.

No. 18. An Act to incorporate Annapolis Lodge, number
eighty-nine, of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons.

No. 19. An Act to authorise the County Commissioners of
Washington county, to subscribe on behalf of said county,
to the capital stock of the Western Maryland Rail Road Com-
pany to an amount not exceeding one hundred and fifty
'thousand dollars.

No. 20. An Act supplementary to the act of eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-five, chapter two hundred and three, making
an additional appropriation to the Antietam National Ceme-
tery.

No. 21. An Act to amend the thirty-first section of article
'twenty-six, of the Code of Public General Laws of this State,
. entitled, "Corporations. "

No. 22. An Act to add additional sections to chapter one
"hundred and ninety-seven, passed at the January session,
eighteen hundred and fifty-two, relating to Slaughter Creek
Bridge in Dorchester county.

No. 23. An Act to repeal an act, passed January session
eighteen hundred and sixty-five, entitled, an act to amend
article eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled,
"Frederick county, " and re-enact the same with amend-
-ments.
