Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal section eleven of article twelve
of the second volume of the supplemental code of
Public Local Laws, entitled, "Harford County, "
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Passed Feb.
3, 1866.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section eleven of article twelve
of the second volume of the Supplement to the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled, "Harford
County, " be repealed, amended and re-enacted so
as to read as follows:

Repealed,

11. The Judges of the Orphans' Court for
Harford county shall meet on the first Monday and
Tuesday of each month during the year, if the
public business require it, to which terms all pro-
cesses shall be made returnable; and the said
Court may at each term adjourn from day to day,
if the public business require it, for a period not
exceeding four days at any one term.

Time of meet-
ing.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the day of its passage.
