Chapter 49.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact as amended the

 

twenty-first and twenty-fifth sections of the act of

 

eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, chapter three

 

hundred and forty, entitled " An Act to repeal

 

an act of the Legislature passed at January ses-

 

sion, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter

 

four hundred and six, entitled ' An Act to repeal

 

sections one, two, three, four, five, six, seven,

 

eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen,

 

fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen,

 

twenty,' title ' Baltimore County,' sub-title

 

' Roads,' passed at the January session of the

 

Legislature of eighteen hundred and seventy-

 

four, chapter two hundred and seventy-four, and

 

to re-enact the same with amendments," and to

 

enact the following in lieu thereof, and to add two

 

additional sections thereto relating to avenues

 

and roads in Baltimore county.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the twenty-first and twenty-

 

fifth sections of the act of eighteen hundred and
