Chapter 479.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay

the claim of C. Boessel.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is
|
 
|
hereby authorized and directed to issue his war-
|

repairs to the clocks for the Senate and House of

Delegates, and for locks and keys furnished and
|

repairs, one hundred and two dollars and thirty

cents.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

AN ACT to repeal an act entitled "An act in re-
|
 
|
lation to mendicant and vagrant children,"
|
 
|
being chapter three hundred and ninety-two of
|
 
|
the acts of assembly of the year eighteen hun-
|
 
|
dred and seventy-six, and to re-enact the same
|
 
|
in an amended form.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That chapter three hundred and
|
 
|
ninety-two of the acts of assembly of the year
|
Repealed and
re enacted.

eighteen hundred and seventy-six, entitled " An
act in relation to mendicant and vagrant children,"
|
 
|
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
|
 
|
in an amended form so as to read as follows, viz.:
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|

of Maryland, That any person having in his care,
|
 
|
custody or control any child under the age of
|
 
|
sixteen years, whether as parent, guardian, rela-
|
