Chapter 458.

 

AN ACT to give the sanction of the General

 

Assembly of Maryland to the bequest in the

 

last will and testament of Thomas R. Holliday,

 

late of Talbot county, deceased, to the vestry

 

of Miles River Parish, in Talbot county.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That the sanction of the General

 

Assembly be and the same is hereby given to the

 

bequest in and by the last will and testament of

Sanction given

Thomas R. Holliday, late of Talbot county, de-

 

ceased, to and for the use and benefit of the

 

vestry of Miles River Parish, in Talbot county

 

aforesaid.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

AN ACT making appropriations for the support of

 

the State Government for the fiscal year ending

 

on the thirtieth day of September, eighteen hun-

of Maryland, That for the expenditures in the

 

support of the Government of the State for and

 

during the fiscal year beginning with the first day

 

of October, eighteen hundred and eighty-three, and
