Chapter 454.

 

AN ACT to repeal sections thirty-five, thirty-six,

 

thirty-eight and thirty-nine of article nine of the

 

Code of Public Local Laws, title "Charles County,"

 

sub-title " County Commissioners," and sections

 

forty-eight and forty-nine of the same article,

 

sub-title "Jurors," and to re-enact the same with

 

amendments, to fix and provide for the pay of

 

jurors, witnesses, bailiffs, messengers and criers of

 

the Circuit Court for Charles county, to appoint

 

an officer to disburse the same and to authorize

 

the County Commissioners of Charles county to

 

borrow not exceeding five thousand dollars to pay

 

arrearages for expenses already incurred by the

 

attendance of jurors, State's witnesses, bailiffs,

 

messengers and criers at the Circuit Court for

 

said county, and to pay said expenses for the

 

balance of the year eighteen hundred and eighty-

 

two.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That sections thirty-five, thirty-

 

six, thirty -eight and thirty-nine of article nine of

 

the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Charles
