SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for
|
|
 
|
the Frederick and Pennsylvania Line Railroad
|
|
 
|

visions of the aforegoing section, shall be liable to,

AN ACT to regulate the Shooting of Wild Fowl

from Blinds in the waters of South river, in Anne

Arundel county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That on or after the passage of
|
|

shall place any booby blind or bush blind in or upon

said waters, and shoot therefrom, he shall first obtain

|

a license so to do from the clerk of the Circuit Court
|
|
