AN ACT to amend further an act passed at the

sixty-seven, of the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, chapter two hundred and nineteen, entitled

 

"An Act to incorporate the Monumental Fire

 

Insurance Company of Baltimore, by enlarging

 

the powers of the said corporation, and changing

 

its name to the Monumental Banking and Insur-

 

ance Company of Baltimore."

 

WHEREAS by the act stated in the title of this

 

act, a corporation was created under the name of

 

" The President and Directors of the Monumental

 

Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore," and by

 

another act passed at the January session, A...D.

holders of the said corporation shall vote for and

 

pass, on or before the first day of October next,
