Chapter 394.

AN ACT requiring the County Commissioners of

Baltimore county to build a bridge over Middle

river in said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners

of Baltimore county be and they are hereby directed

to build a bridge over Middle river in said county,

at the point where the new road now being made

(the same being a continuation of Eastern avenue

extended) crosses said river, in such manner and of

such materials as they may consider best suited for

travel over the same.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall

^effective.

AN ACT to repeal sections one and two, chapter

four hundred and sixty-four, (464) of the acts

passed at the January session, eighteen hundred

and eighty, entitled "An act to repeal section one,

of chapter fifty-seven of the acts of the General

Assemby of Maryland, passed at January session,

eighteen hundred and seventy-six, relating to the

Protection of Partridges in certain counties, so far

only as the same relates to Queen Anne's county,

and re-enact the same so far only as said county

is concerned."
