AN ACT to repeal sections eighty-two, eighty-three,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|

bly of Maryland, That sections eighty-two, eighty-
|
|
 
|
three, eighty-four and eighty-five of the Public
|
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall

enty-eight of the Code of Public General Laws,

entitled *' Refuge, House of," as amended by the

|

act of eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chapter
|
|
 
|
two hundred and eighteen, and re-enact the same
|
|
 
|
with amendments.
|
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That section twenty-one of arti-
|
|
 
|
cle seventy-eight of the Code of Public General
|
|
 
|
Laws, entitled " Refuge, House of," as amended by
|
|

re-enacted.

hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so

as to read as follows :
