Saturday next preceding such holiday, and such

as regards the presenting for payment or acceptance,

 

and of the protesting and giving notice of the dis-

 

honor of bills of exchange, bank checks, drafts and

 

promissory notes, be also treated and considered as

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland. That Jerome B. Hall, guardian

 

of John S. Melvin, a minor, be and he is hereby
