seventy-six," entitled "An act to establish a free

bridge over the Patapsco river," at or near the

present site of Light Street Bridge, and to provide

for free travel from Anne Arundel county to Bal-

timore city, and to prohibit fast driving over and

across the draw of Light Street Bridge, &c.
