Chapter 364.

 

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay

 

Walter B. Brooks, assignee in bankruptcy of

 

Sterling, Ahrens & Co., for the rent of certain

 

warehouses in the city of Baltimore used as

 

State Tobacco warehouses.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the sum of nine hundred

 

and nine dollars and seventy-eight cents be and

 

the same is hereby appropriated to pay Walter

 

B. Brooks, assignee in bankruptcy of Sterling,

 

Ahrens and Company, for rent of certain ware-

 

houses in the city of Baltimore used as State

 

Tobacco warehouses; the said claim, with the

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments

 

the forty-first section of the ninety-third article

 

of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to

 

the granting of Letters Testamentary and the

 

giving of bonds by Executors.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the forty-first section of the

 

ninety-third article of the Code of Public General

Repealed and
re enacted.

Laws, entitled " Testamentary law," shall be and
