Chapter 362.

 

AN ACT to refund to Charles S. Morgan and Al-

 

cinda M. Robinson, executors of the last will of

 

George W. Robinson, deceased, certain moneys

 

erroneously paid by them into the State treasury.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the warrant

 

of the Comptroller, is hereby authorized and directed

 

to pay to Charles S. Morgan and Alcinda M. Robin-

 

son, executors of the last will of Geo. W. Robinson,

deceased, or their order, the sum of three hundred

and twenty- two dollars and seventy-eight cents, paid

 

by them in error, it appearing that said erroneous

 

payment was made by them for tax on executors'

 

commissions to which they were not entitled; and
