SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That section eighty-seven of article
|
 
|
twenty of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
|
Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
"Talbot county," sub-title "Fish," be and the
|
 
|
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to
|
 
|
read as follows :
|
 
|
SEC. 87. And be it enacted, That it shall not be
|
 
|
lawful for any one to take or catch fish in the
|
 
|
waters of Talbot county with seines having meshes
|
 
|
of a size less than six inches around the square,
|
 
|
or to land any seine upon the shores of any owner
|
 
|
or occupant of land without the consent of such
|

owner or occupant, nor shall it be lawful for any
