AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amend-

 

ments sections four, ten, twelve, fifteen, nine-

 

teen and twenty-six of chapter four hundred

and seventy-eight, entitled "An act to amend

 

the charter of Snow Hill in Worcester county."

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That sections four, ten, twelve, fifteen,

 

nineteen and twenty-six of chapter four hundred

and forty-three of the acts of eighteen hundred

re-enacted.

and seventy-eight, entitled " An act to amend the

 

charter of Snow Hill in Worcester county," be

 

and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted

 

so as to read as follows:

 

4. That the legal voters of Snow Hill, who have

 

resided within its corporate limits six months pre-

 

ceding the election, and the male citizens of

 

Worcester county, who own any interest in real

 

estate or in houses in said town, of the age of

 

twenty-one years and upwards, shall, on the first

missioners.

Monday of May, in the year eighteen hundred and

 

eighty-two, and every two years thereafter, elect

 

three persons who are qualified voters of said

 

town, to be commissioners of said town, to serve

 

for two years from the date of their election and

 

until their successors are elected and qualified.

once in each month, and more often if they think
