Chapter 331.

AN ACT to add additional sections to chapter
|
 
|
forty of the acts of eighteen hundred and
|
 
|
eighty, entitled " An act to protect oysters in
|
 
|
certain waters of Monokin river in Somerset
|
 
|
county."
|
 
|
SECTION 1. And be it enacted by General As-
|
 
|
sembly of Maryland, That the following additional
|
 
|
sections be added to the act of eighteen hundred
|

|
 
|
6. And be it enacted, That the canoe, boat or

vessel so unlawfully used shall be condemned by

7. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty

of the sheriff, constable and officers of the " State

lating any of the provisions of this act, and bring

ployed be seized, but the master or owner shall

not be arrested, and shall wilfully fail to appear,
