SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the

to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer to pay to
|
 
|
the said J. Maurice Watkins the said sum of three
|
 
|
hundred and fifty-eight dollars and sixteen cents.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act take

AN ACT to amend section eleven of an act enti-

tled "An act to incorporate Washington, Coles-

ville and Ashton Turnpike Company," passed

at the January session, eighteen hundred and

seventy.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That section eleven of an act
|
 
|
entitled '' An act to incorporate the Washington,
|
Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
Colesville and Ashton Turnpike Company," passed
at the January session, eighteen hundred and sev-
|
 
|
enty, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-en-
|
 
|
acted so as to read as follows :

SECTION 11. And be it enacted, That the said
