SEC. 20. And be it enacted, That every person

whoso name shall appear in said respective lists of
|
 
|
qualified and registered voters, made at the October
|
 
|
sittings iti each year, of said respective officers of
|
 
|
registration as amended by the order of the proper
|
 
|
judges or judge, as hereinbefore provided, shall be
|

entitled to vote in the election precinct or election

SEC. 27. And be it enacted, That the Board of

spective counties shall detail deputy sheriffs, by

SEC. 98. And be it enacted, That within one
|
 
|
month before the time hereinafter provided for the
|
 
|
first summer sitting of the officers of registration
|
 
|
appointed in the city of Baltimore under the pro-
|
 
|
visions of this act, the Board of Police Commis-
|
 
|
sioners for the city of Baltimore shall cause a cen-
|
 
|
sus of the qualified voters in each of the election
|

city shall then be divided, to be made by their police
|
 
|
officers, and to be returned by said officers to the
|
 
|
said board, and the said board shall furnish a copy

of the list of qualified voters so returned as resident

in each election precinct of said city to the officer
|

of registration for such election precinct, on or
|
 
|
before the day of the first summer sitting of said
|
 
|
officer of registration, and such census shall be
|
 
|
made and returned after the year eighteen hundred

|
and eighty two, in the same manner and within the
|
 
|
same time before the September sitting of said
|
 
|
officers of registration in said city occurring before
|
 
|
each election of members of the General Assembly ;
|
 
|
and copies thereof shall be furnished to the re-
