AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners

of Dorchester county to build a new jail for said

county; to borrow money on the credit of the

county for that purpose; to issue bonds for the
|

payment of the same; to levy and collect taxes

for the payment of such bonds and the interest

on the same.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners
|
 
|
of Dorchester county be and they are hereby au-

thorized and empowered to build a new jail for said
