Chapter 308.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact in a new and

 

amended form sections seventy-nine, eighty,

 

eighty- one, eighty-two, eighty-three and eighty-

 

four of article thirty-five of the Code of Public

 

General Laws, title "Elections," sub-title "Repre-

 

sentatives in Congress," as the same were re-

 

pealed and re-enacted by the act of January

 

session, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chap-

 

ter, four hundred and eighteen.

 

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That sections seventy-nine, eighty,

 

eighty-one, eighty-two, eighty-three and eighty-four
