Chapter 306.

 

AN ACT to lay out and establish a new election

 

district in Somerset county, out of Tangier dis-

 

trict number nine, and Dames Quarter district

 

number two, to be called Dames Quarter district

 

number eleven, and providing that district num-

 

ber two, known as Dames Quarter district, shall

 

be known and called Saint Peter's district num-

 

ber two.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That a new election district be

 

laid out and established out of Tangier district

 

number nine, and Dames Quarter district number

 

two, to be known and called Dames Quarter district

tofore known and called Dames Quarter district,

 

shall hereafter be known and called Saint Peter's

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said new district

 

shall be bounded and described as follows : on the

 

north by the head of Tangier sound and Monie bay ;

 

on the east by a creek commonly known as Pigeon

 

House creek, to its head; and thence by and with a

 

ditch leading from the head of said creek to the
