Chapter 302.

AN ACT to repeal section one, chapter one hun-

dred and fifty, of the acts of eighteen hundred and
|
 
|
eighty, entitled "An Act to prohibit the granting
|
 
|
of license for the sale of Spirituous or Fermented
|
 
|
Liquors or Lager Beer, at or within three miles
|
 
|
of the village of Savage, in Howard county," and
|
 
|
to re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That section one, chapter one
|
 
|
hundred and fifty, of the acts of eighteen hundred
|
 
|
and eighty, entitled "An act to prohibit the grant-
|

same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read
|
 
|
as follows :

1. That hereafter it shall not be lawful for the
|
 
|
clerk of the Circuit Court of Howard county to issue
|
 
|
a license to any person or persons, to sell spirituous
|
 
|
or fermented liquors or lager beer within the village
of Savage, in the sixth election district of Howard
