SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That in case the Balti-

time hereafter, under the provisions of this act, con-

solidate with any railroad company heretofore char-

tered, or that may be hereafter chartered under the
|

laws of this State or under the laws of the State of

for all the contracts, debts, obligations, engagements
