Chapter 282.

AN ACT to compensate Henry Dickens for Tobacco

Twine sold, furnished and delivered by him to

|
State Tobacco Warehouses numbers one and two
|
 
|
in the city of Baltimore.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he
|
 
|
is hereby directed to issue his warrant on the Treas-
|

eighty- three dollars and seventy cents, for tobacco
|

twine sold, furnished and delivered by him to State

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

AN ACT authorizing the Commissioners of Wi-

comico county to apply so much of the " Sinking

Fund " heretofore levied and collected as may be

necessary to complete the payment of all liabilities

now due on the construction of the court-house,
|
 
|
not exceeding two thousand dollars in amount.
|

WHEREAS the Commissioners of Wicomico county,
|
 
|
now authorized by chapter 212 of 1874 and chapter
|

197 of 1878 to levy on the taxable property of Wi-

comico county a sum of money not exceeding forty
|
 
|
thousand dollars, for the purpose of purchasing a site
