waters, every such person shall be deemed guilty

 

of a misdemeanor, and on conviction of having

 

violated this section shall pay a fine of not less

 

than fifty dollars iior more than two hundred dol-

 

lars for each and every offence.

 

SEC. 201. And be it enacted, If any person shall,

 

in, on or over the waters aforesaid, erect or cause

 

to be erected any booby blind or artificial point

 

at a greater distance than one hundred yards from
