Chapter 305.

 

AN ACT to repeal section seven of article forty-

 

five of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled

 

''Husband and Wife," and to re-enact said sec-

 

tion with amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That section seven of article

 

forty -five of the Code of Public General Laws, en-

7. Any married woman, who by her skill, indus-

 

try or personal labor, shall earn any money, or other
