shall have been filed in the meanwhile against said

 

real estate, and the bill of equity herein authorized

 

shall be tiled on or before May the first, anno domini

 

eighteen hundred and eighty-two, then the latter

 

shall take precedence qf any subsequent bill for the

 

payment of creditors of said estate, and the creditors

AN ACT to pay Joseph F. Morgan and others of

 

St. Mary's county for services rendered in the

 

arrest of violators of the Fishery Laws of this

 

State.

 

WHEREAS Joseph F. Morgan, justice of the peace

 

for St. Mary's county, Maryland, being notified that

 

certain parties, now residents of the State of Mary-

 

land, were violating the Fishery Laws of the State

Preamble.

of Maryland, summoned the following named par-

 

ties, as a posse comitatus to arrest said violators of

 

the law, as follows: J. Sitnms Fenwick, Herbert F.

 

Moore, Frank N. Holmes, Lewis Ford, Lewis De-

 

vaux, Joseph F. Neal, George Bkkistone and F.

 

Frank Yates —

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the comptroller of the

 

treasury be and he is hereby directed to issue his
