AN ACT to declare the sanction of the General

Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of Hum-

phrey Humphreys, late of Wicomico county, de-

ceased, to the Wicomico Presbyterian Church of

Salisbury, in said county.

WHEREAS Humphrey Humphreys, late of Wi-

comico county, deceased, by his last will and testa-

ment and the codicils thereto, duly admitted to

probate in the Orphans' Court for Wicomico county,

bequeathed to the Wicomico Presbyterian Church
in Salisbury, in said county, the sum of five hundred

dollars, the interest to be used in paying the pas-

tor's salary of said church, therefore —

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the sanction of the General

Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby
