SEC. 14. And be it enacted, That if for any neces-
|
 
|
sary cause the place or places of meeting in any
|
 
|
election district in any county of this State, or in any
|
 
|
group of election precincts in the city of Baltimore,
|
 
|
or (in and after the year eighteen hundred and
|
 
|
eighty-four) in any ward in said city, shall be
|
 
|
changed after advertisement thereof, immediate no-
|
 
|
tice shall be given thereof by new advertisement, if
