SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

under and by virtue of any other mortgage that

may hereafter be executed under the provisions of

said act of eighteen hundred and seventy-six,
|
 
|
chapter ninety-four, or by a receiver of said com-
|
 
|
pany duly appointed, the purchaser or purchasers
|
 
|
of said properties and franchises at any such sale,
|
 
|
his or their successors and assigns, and such per-
|
 
|
son or persons as he or they may associate with
|
 
|
him or them, shall be, and are hereby declared to
|

applicable thereto and not in conflict or incon-

sistent with the provisions of this act, and to

far as the same has been constructed, and for the

construction of such part of said road as con-

privileges and franchises that the said Liberty and
New Windsor Turnpike Company might or could

lawfully have done and exercised under its said

original charter and its several supplements.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That as soon after any
