Chapter 313.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the

claim of Spencer C. Jones.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the

Treasury be and he is hereby directed and requested

to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer to pay

AN ACT to amend article six, of the Code of

Public Local Laws, title " Caroline county," sub-

title " County Commissioners," by adding addi-

tional sections thereto, authorizing the appoint-

ment and election of a Treasurer for said county ;

also the borrowing of money and the issuing

of bonds therefor.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of

Caroline county be and are hereby authorized,
