Chapter 313.

 

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the

 

claim of Spencer C. Jones.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the

 

Treasury be and he is hereby directed and requested

 

to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer to pay

 

Spencer C. Jones the sum of two thousand and

also the borrowing of money and the issuing

 

of bonds therefor.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of

 

Caroline county be and are hereby authorized,
