AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners

of Harford county to levy annually a sum of

money for the relief of Win. T. Crawley, of said

county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners
|
|
Levy for sum
|
of Harford county be and they are hereby author-
|
|
of money.
|
ized, in their discretion, to levy and pay annually
|
|
|
to Win. T. Crawley a sum of money not exceeding
|
|
|
one hundred dollars.
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act
|
|

shall take effect from the date of its passage.
|
|

AN ACT to authorize the Register of Wills for

|
Queen Anne's county to do and perform certain
|
|
|
work left unfinished by a former Register of Wills
|
|
|
for said county.
|
|
|
WHEREAS the present Register of Wills of Queen
|
|
|
Anne's county, in pursuance to the terms and provi-
|
|
|
sions of chapter three hundred. and eighty-one of
|
|
|
the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
Preamble.
|
passed at the January session of eighteen hundred
and seventy-eight thereof, has done and performed
|
|
|
so much of the unfinished work of the said former
|
|
|
Register of Wills for said county referred to in said
|
|
|
act as amended to the sum authorized by said act
|
|
|
to be levied therefor; and whereas there is a con-
|
|
|
siderable portion of said work of said former Register
|
