AN ACT to prohibit gunning on " Eastern Avenue

Bridge," crossing Back river, in Baltimore county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General As-

sembly of Maryland, That it shall be unlawful for
|

firearms from and off of " Eastern Avenue Bridge,"

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That upon information

|

peace of said county, or to the Circuit Court for said
|
 
|
county, of any violation of any of the provisions of

this act, said justice of the peace or said Circuit
