Chapter 189.

 

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners

 

of Carroll county to repair and to build an addi-

 

tion to the Court House in said county, and to

 

borrow money for that purpose, to issue bonds for

 

the payment of the same, and to levy taxes on

 

the assessable property in said county to redeem

 

said bonds and to pay the interest thereon.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners

 

of Carroll county be and they are hereby authorized

 

and empowered to contract for and to superintend

provide good and sufficient fire-proof room for the
