Chapter 107.

 

AN ACT to authorize and direct the Mayor and

 

Council of Hagerstown to establish an additional

 

market in said town, to be known as " West End

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the Mayor and Council of

 

Hagerstown be and they are hereby authorized, em-

 

powered and directed to acquire either by purchase
